01What the service provides

Rehevia provides simulated communication practice and qualitative feedback on it. You rehearse a conversation with a simulated counterpart, review the moments in it, and read observations tied to what you said.

That is the whole of what is offered. The counterpart is software, not a person, and the conversation is a simulation, not a record of anything that happened.

02What the service does not provide

Rehevia does not provide, and must not be relied on as:

• legal advice;
• medical advice;
• employment, HR or disciplinary advice;
• mental-health advice, diagnosis or treatment.

No outcome in a real conversation is guaranteed. Practice can help you prepare; it cannot tell you what will happen, and the feedback you read here is not a professional opinion about your situation. If a situation needs a lawyer, a doctor, an HR professional or a therapist, it needs one of those and not this app.

03Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for having permission to enter any information you enter, including anything about other people. Do not enter what you are not free to enter.
• Do not use Rehevia in an emergency. It is practice software and it cannot help in a crisis.
• Do not use Rehevia for unlawful activity, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

04Purchases, renewal and refunds

Subscriptions and passes are sold and billed by the storefront you bought them through, not by us directly.

The storefront governs prices, billing, renewal, free trials, cancellation and refunds. Those terms are the ones that apply to your purchase, and cancellation is done through your storefront account rather than through us.

05Availability and changes

The app is provided as it is. Features may change, and parts of it may be unavailable at times, including for maintenance or because a provider we rely on is unavailable.

If we change these terms materially, the date on this page changes.

06Ending use

You can stop using Rehevia at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, in particular where the app is used unlawfully or to harm someone.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Germany.
